When: Registration starts at 10AM, “race” starts at 11:30AM

Where: Denver Beer Company | 1695 Platte St, Denver, CO 80202

Join Kurt Braunohler and Scotty Landes from the Bananas podcast as they invite you to join their Los Angeles tradition of a downhill 1k. Participants in this non-competitive, un-race for the untrained are asked to come dressed as a banana or in a banana-adjacent costume and run, jog, or walk with the Banana Boys as "Who Let The Dogs Out?" plays on a loop. This not-grueling .621 mile non-race will start at Denver Beer Co. on Platte Street and end in at the first-ever BANANASFEST in LoHi where the booze will flow and dozens of weird and silly events will take place all day for free!

DO I NEED TICKETS TO BANANASFEST? Nope! Entry is totally FREE!

IS THERE PARKING? There is street parking available in the LoHi neighborhood. We strongly encourage those planning to imbibe to join us by Lyft or Uber!

ARE THERE RESTROOMS? We will have bathrooms available to the public in the middle of the Fest.

CAN I BRING MY DOG? We love your pups! Leashed and friendly dogs are always welcome.

WHAT'S THE PLAN IF IT RAINS? This event is rain or shine! In cases of extreme or ongoing weather, attendees will be alerted of any changes via email.
