SCHEDULE
1PM - 2:30PM: Load-In / Set Up
2:30PM - 3PM: Brewery Supplies Pickup (see below)
3PM - 4PM: VIP Early Entry (100 Attendees) 
4PM - 7PM: General Admission (700+ Attendees) 
7PM - 8PM: Load-Out 


WHAT TO BRING
We will provide Ice & Glassware at the event. You will need to bring everything else to set up and pour - Tent, Table, Tablecloth, Chairs, Jockey Box or Coolers, Product, etc. Tables are available upon request should you need one. If you are pouring canned beverages, please bring a trash bag and/or bin for empty cans.

Please bring a 5 Gallon Dump Bucket and Spray Bottle to rinse glassware. You will have access to clean drinking water to fill up. We will also provide access to ample ice throughout the event.

Please bring your own hand truck or manpower for moving banners, kegs, and your own jockey boxes.  

70s Themed Decor: We welcome fun, festive decor to enhance your booth and gear to enhance the fun! This is not required, only a suggestion.

LOAD-IN: 1PM - 2:30PM
You will be able to drive up to your booth to unload. Please enter the site at W Conejos Pl as traffic will be one-way; there will be staff on-site to direct you.

Please completely unload your car with product and supplies, then proceed to park your vehicle before returning to the venue to start setting up. All breweries and vendors should be set up and ready to open by 2:45PM.

Please be aware of your surroundings and do not unload in the thoroughfare/driveway/other booth spaces. Please remember to take deep breaths and be kind and courteous to your fellow vendors during the load-in process!

PARKING
There is street parking available in the surrounding neighborhood, as well as a paid parking garage on W. Conejos Pl next to Tap & Burger. Vendors & Breweries are not permitted to park on Raleigh St.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
An on-site coordinator will direct you to your spot during load-in.

BREWERY SUPPLIES PICKUP: 2:30PM - 3PM
Please check in at the ticketing booth between 2:30PM and 3PM to pick up your (2) BEER FEST wristbands, glassware and People’s Choice QR Code, and get the rundown on wristband colors, additional ice pickup, and more. The (2) BEER FEST tickets can be used by pouring staff, or given to friends, family, or staff joining you at the event.

LOAD-OUT, TRASH & RECYCLING
Specific load-out details will be provided as we approach the event. Breweries must dispose of their trash and recycling in the appropriate dumpsters or pack it out with them. All cardboard boxes must be broken down. Breweries are not to dump cans and boxes in the community or event trash cans. Dumpster locations and dump bucket disposal details will be provided at check-in.


Pouring

KEG QUANTITY & VARIETY
Please plan to bring 2 half barrels total of beer. This number can be split up into 3 or more varieties. The more variety, the merrier so attendees will keep returning to your booth! Bottles and cans are welcome in a comparable quantity.

Quantity requests and reimbursement amounts are subject to change based on advance ticket sales and we will be in touch closer to the event with any updates.

EVENT TICKETS
Each attendee can purchase an unlimited sampling wristband and cup, valid from 4PM - 7PM. We will be selling 100 VIP Early Entry tickets which will allow them to start sampling at 3PM. Most tickets will be sold in advance, with limited tickets available at the door. We are expecting to sell a minimum of 700 tickets. 


GLASSWARE
Each attendee will have a 5oz tasting glass and a wristband in order to redeem samples. With the exception of distilleries serving spirits, pouring booths are expected to pour full tasters with or without ice.

Attendees will be ID’d at the door before they receive their sampling glass. DO NOT BRING any plastic glassware, plastic shot glasses, etc.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE BEER FEST AWARDS
All breweries will be given a laminated QR code for their booth that attendees can scan to submit their vote in the Favorite Brewery and Favorite Non-Beer Brew categories. Winners will be featured in a dedicated email blast and on our website! Attendees simply need to sip, scan, and vote! 


MERCHANDISE SALES
You are encouraged and permitted to bring branded Merchandise such as glassware, shirts & hats, koozies & more to sell during the event.

POST-EVENT INVOICE
Once the event is over, you can invoice Gum Pop Presents up to $150 per half-barrel keg equivalent of product poured.

TICKET GIVEAWAY
Each brewery can give away a pair of tickets to the event on Instagram or in their taproom during an event. Please send the winner’s name and email address to Anna (anna@gumpoppresents.com) by Wednesday, August 16th so we can send them e-tickets.

STAFF CONDUCT
There is a zero-tolerance policy for drinking or doing drugs while pouring during this event. Patron and staff safety is of utmost importance to us.
